Hi There , since returning to the forum , I have noticed how only a minority of the board members are actually posting , this to me does`nt seem right as its only an handful of guys chatting and the subject matter is being repeated , this leads to a dull site for everybody . It would be nice if other members came forward with ideas , input , questions anything really that adds value to the board . When only a small group chat away , the other members probably get the impression that we will not associate with them .... this is not true ........ but it would certainly add something to the board if you chipped in and gave some input ....... the good and the bad .

Just a few words will do and don`t worry about the spelling .

Hi my names james and i often like to visit pattaya for the beautiful beaches and exquisit temples lol just joking i do understand where you are coming from yogi but some of our posts are alittle in depth for some new members to just chip in, not saying dont post new members i just understand why some people choose to read posts and some get stuck in.

Hey Jimbo .........how the devil are you ?? . I see this as the problem too few members just banging away between themselves and other members reluctant to post , maybe because of their language or worried about fitting in . I know a few years ago I joined an internet site , I think it was something like " thai friends " or something similar , but all the posters , thais and farangs were in their own little world and kept themselves to themselves ......... who was this newbie on " OUR SITE " what does he want etc etc . The posts are dominated by the same people , it would be nice to see others start new threads etc not just the same crowd .

Since returning I have tried to get new threads going and get people thinking more positively about AJ and Thailand , what is`nt required is just the " same grumpy old men " harping on all the time ........... the topics need to change , with more variety ................... if not the forum will go stale and consequently the posts will dry up .

p.s Sorry Jimbo , I did`nt get back to you earlier about this , but I am unable to change my dates for PATTS at work , to be honest I wanted to come to Patts in October but I was too late at getting my dates down and one of my muckers bet me to it . I have to see yet wether I will be okay to travel , if so I will be going in november and returning on the 8th Dec , close to three weeks ........... yes , I know I should have posted this elsewhere on the forum and not on this thread .
