60 gals + keeping them happyHi Peter ,
I was wondering why as a business you employed more girls in the off season , as you have already said you have around 60 now . With so many bars empty everywhere you look in Pattaya in the off season surely this was`nt a good move from a Bar owners point of view . I am not complaining as theres more totty to go around for the lads , but surely there are many ladies there not getting any bar fines everynight.
I have another question relating to your mamassan .......... can she be bar fined ??? , I am sure many guys would like to know how bars operate ( behind the scenes etc etc ) .

Too many girls?Hi Yogi. Really depends on what the business model is - and there are several.
We don't do Sports.
We don't have Quiz Nights
We won't join the Pool leagues or have Golf Tournaments.
We do Girls.
We do Dance Music
We do party, party, party.
So, as far as we are concerned, for our business model, we want loads of girls.
We don't encourage the MammaSams to go out. But they can accept a Bar-fine after 2am (if they want).

Firstly thanks for the reply . You are right , your business is about women and music ........ and judging by the way that your Mamassan and Anna watch out over the bar with other older senior ladies I can see its a well disciplined bar , catering for the needs of its patrons . I have been in some bars where there is no interaction between its girls and the guys inside , the girls are chatting between themselves and the guys are looking forlornly into their bottle of san miguel just seconds away from check bin !!! and then off they go . There are too many bars in Pattaya which are`nt managed as well as they should be , too many bars which lure the punters inside and then leave them to themselves once they have got the beer in .....nobody could really say that happens at AJ . Each time I have come into AJ meaw or one of the others as been to me straight away to say hello etc and in paengs and kaews case I thought that I was attached to them by a piece of elastic .
Peter don`t ever change the bar !!!! .
I see that Jimmy is enquiring about Jong ( sniffing around like a dog on heat !! ) well Jimmy I don`t believe you have a chance as I have heard that she has already found her Mr right in life , but I did ask her if she would up for it ..........with you Jimmy !!!!! . She never answered , but the photo of her tells its own story .

carnt knock someone for tryingwell wouldnt you just love to meet these mr rights they get on my nerves lol. u never know if the mr right is a farang i might just have a chance with jong, but if hes thai then ur prob right yogi. Im sure that gesture is ment as a peace offering but i didnt take the photo so couldnt cast judgement O.J.
she is a little peach though and such a laugh when you come down stairs from your room at A.J the next day feeling rough there she is bright as a button lol

I enjoyed your last post regarding Jong . Yes there is always some snidey little shit that snares all the best skirt , they make my blood boil  . I was told that she was married , no doubt Peter can fill you in on that , seen as he is family . I have three photos of Jong , everyone is good ....The camera just loves her , a very nice young lady who always looks good , I think that Jong would look great dressed in anything , bin liner included . Has much as I like jong the looks , figure etc etc , I never forget that she is just one pretty face in the crowd , you will fail with Jong but what the hell , within 40 feet there are 60 girls .......... which are available ............ roll on November .

Sneeky mother!!snidey little shites is a great example but if you carnt beat em join em is what they always say.
When i was over in april i bf a girl from best friends bar on the beach road after i had had the usually shit of " i love you telack" and "i want farang boyfriend" i made it clear i just wanted some fun and if she didnt turn it in with the soppy shite i would find some one else, all things said she turned out to be quite a party animal!!!. Well the point i am trying to make is(about snidy shits) we were in the room at about 2am when her farang bf rang her up and she was making it clear for me to shut the fuck up, so i bit my lip so she didnt loose face but he was on loud speaker pouring his heart out about how he was working 24/7 to get back over to her and all that shit, when the phone call finished i shagged her rotton all nite but there was that little bit of me that felt snidy as fuck up until i blew my load that is
