A thai honey back homeHi ppl, prob been wondering why ive not been posting for a while......well ive managed to find myself a thai girlfriend back in manchester(england) so have been alittle occupied to say the least, but all's going well but im sure i wont be coming pattaya alone next trip if im still with her as she's been pattaya many times and knows what goes on.Anyway here are some pics of my new girlfriend

Don´t take everything I say here too serious, Jimbo ! I´m just an old Kraut who is talking too much...
The advantage a young man like you has over somebody like me is that you are not as same stubborn like me, and that you are still able to grow up with the Pattayan madness, whilst people like me have reached the age in which we begin to believe everything a beautyfull Thai girl says to us.... Well, until we get the bill ! But it´s still fun... learning by doing. I´ve paid the bill several years ago... and now, I feel young again and equal with the younglings. But Dr Bow and Noi2 are still two of those who could get me... Up to them ! I´ll pay anyway... at least the barfine and a generous tip...

Hi guys , you are probably wondering why I have not been posting for a while , well I`ve got myself a thai girlfrie ........ sorry , sorry I am lying . When King Butterfly does`nt post he pulls a thai philly , when I don`t post its because I fell down the stairs and had a minor case of food poisoning ( scary ) ....typical eh . The problem is I am too old for falling down a flight of stairs ( Mike will know what I mean ) and recovering next day , my back is really tender and now I worry about the future . The last time I came to Patts I had problems ( seat problems on plane ) and now my back is playing up again ......... my main hope is that a couple of sessions of thai massage will sort it out , if not and the problem persists I am worried about my long term health and employment prospects . At this stage I am just hoping its minor , but like I said at the beginning I am too old for the stairs routine . Kennyboy , sorry I have not replied to your email , I hope that you have a good time in Patts ( along with Mike ) and I will meet up at the end of the week , probably friday . The video of Peter strutting his stuff was hilarious , as I actually saw him doing the same dance in front of me in November , by the way Peter happy birthday ....yes , yes I know I am late but I have been bogged down with both work and " other issues " . Jimbo , does this mean that now you have a bit of thai skirt at home you won`t be mongering anymore !!!!! , as the day after you posted this , 150 thai bar girls commited suicide ............ saying " whats the point of living anymore, now that jimbo has a gf ". Seriously Jim , enjoy yourself , cos thats what life is all about and if it does go belly up , just jump on a plane ........good luck mate . Has Mike has already said most of the comments here are wind ups and are never taken too seriously or to heart . regards yogi . p.s with that said ............... the question is , WHO`S GUNNA BE THE NEXT " KING BUTTERFLY " now that jimbo is in retirement .

Well im working on some better pics but shes a bit camera shy but im sure we can overcome that . Shes lived in the UK for about 9 years now currently living with her stepdad as she dosnt get along with her thai mum who also lives in the UK, as its early days yet cannot say when im coming over with her or if i will take her at all but i will keep you updated pete.

Hmmmm... Yogi,- looks like your daily life is a drama... lot´s of falling, accidents and other health problems with your bones.
Same same here... backpains, problems with my knee again and a little accident with my mountainbike in the days before snowmelt. I guess, we´re getting old, eh !? But it´s up to us to fight against it, by doing sports for example. I use to swim 1 or 2 kilometres in a pool at least 2 times a week, and riding my mountainbike every day is a must do for me because I don´t have a car. My collegues use to call me "Cycle Michael", because of my addiction to ride my bicycle. ( ...Wow, the nickname sounds better in English than in German ) Anyway... all those activities are no protection against the above mentioned health difficulties and they are also no help to loose weight. I don´t care, because we are still "hansum men"...eh !? The day the bargirls call me "Papa", I will know that I´m too old to travel to LOS again....
Jimbo... Good luck to you and your T´luck ! I´m now looking forward to my trip to LOS on coming Sunday. The weather forecast for my region has predicted snow and rain for coming weekend. Hope that my mate can bring me by car to Frankfurt Airport... otherwise, if the weather is too bad, I must go by train... which means that I have to wake up at 5:00am on Sunday morning, because of the bad railway connection from here to the airport. Flight TG 921... FRA-BKK... 2:10pm on 08th March... arrival time in BKK: 6:20am on Monday 09th March. You are in a very risky position ..... it's essential that you read as much as you can before you get here. The most important tips are:
Pay daily Never stay with the same girl more than 3 nights - come back later after you have been with a few others - but NEVER MORE THAN 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS Everyone who has ever fallen for a girl in Thailand has broken this simple rule. I'm sure the guys will have some more tips as well. |

Hard to know where to start, Peters advice is good (but bring more than one condom )
Just use this trip to get over your divorce don’t use it to find a “wife” believe me many guys with a lot more experience of Thailand have made huge mistakes that way. I’m not saying that “the one” is not out there but “needle in a haystack” doesn’t even start to cover it. Read a up a little on Thai culture, the no touching heads or pointing with your feet etc Lonely Planet books are a good start. Personnel safety, leave all your CC, ATM cards etc in your room safe along with the majority of your money only take out with you what you need for that day/evening if you need more, a 30/40 baht motto-taxi will get you back to your hotel to top up. Also lock up your valuables when you have company in your room at night. Don’t get to drunk unless you have someone to watch your back. Don’t go flashing wads of cash/expensive jewellery/ phones etc about. Just use the same “street smarts” you would in your own city/country and you will be fine. Join some more Thai/Pattaya forums and read your eyes out these are a good start; http://ukbkk.co.uk http://www.pattayatalk.com/ http://www.stickmanbangkok.com/ Also a good “general” site for tourist stuff is; http://www.sawadee.com/ Treat the girls you meet with respect, they are only doing a job and at the end of the day are all someone’s daughter. Also you tend to have more fun that way. 
Have fun stay safe and don’t make the mistake of thinking Pattaya is the Real Thailand. Oh and start saving for your next trip
