Remember where we are!I getting worried about the Board style.
We are very young, and it's great that some are making a lot of posts and getting involved.
However some posts are probably a bit too graphic - OTT if you like.
We have to consider:
1) We are a free Board - don't want to get banned again!
2) We want a wide range of participation and membership - if it's too graphic, chauvinistic or abusive then many will simply vote with their feet - and there will just be a couple of people talking to themselves!
I understand that after a few posts one feels as if you are chatting amongst friends - and that's how it should be - but remember, you are actually shouting across a crowded room - we want them all to feel like joining in rather than paying their bills and going somewhere else.
Sorry if this sounds like preaching, but something I have noticed is that some members are notable by their lack of participation.
