Seems to me that your impatience comes along with your British habit of being afraid of water and avoiding the Songkran week at all costs ! 
Didn´t you know that the Songkran 09 gallery is online already,- but can be viewed by those members only, who have been overthere during Songkran at least one time in their lives ?

Really like Raindrops - had it already - an extended version - but it had got lost!
Actually have a couple of my own candidates now - waiting for a copy from the DJs. Gave the front half of Skydivin' to DJ Yo last night (we had a real buzz going) - his first comment was "Really? I am allowed to play this stuff?" Took him around 20 mins to get into it - mixing in other stuff from his box. Excellent hour or so - po-going like idiots! |

Yup ! Great set of new photos, Peter ! I really have to rack my brain over the problem of how to find the right words to write in a comment on new photo galleries at AJ website. The simple phrases "Great photos, Pete !" or "Great new gallery !" are too simple to describe Peter´s quality pics and his choice for the background music in the slide shows. Well, the Songkran 09 set gives me an idea of what I have missed this time. So, it´s a great honour for me to be in the first pic of the slide show... as "Pre-Water Mike"
But Anna Jet is a great place to go at any time in the year. So, I´ll be back in the first half of 2010... to join the water festival again, or not ! |

sankron setpeter how is the town at present busier than last year or still suffering the affects of the worldwide reccesion. whats your plans when you return to blighty for a holiday. great to hear from you all again and your photo set show all disbelievers in the land off how to party at new year. |

Town is really quietWent out last night at about 3am - there were a few people in Casino, but far fewer than normal.Then we went to Marine at around 3.30 - 4.00. Really empty! It was a shock - I have never seen it like that. Decided not to try Marine 2, so went to Insomnia - still crowded - but not packed and by 5.30 had really thinned out. Anna Jet is running about equal with last year .... so on the experience of most places - we are doing very well. |
