The Music In AJīs Galleries"...by the way, what did people think of the tune? I really love it!"
To answer the question PeterP has posted in another sub section of the forum, I first must confess that all the Techno, Dance "bongo bongo trash" is not my favorite sort of music.
My interest goes more into the direction of classic Rock and Blues, but also of symphonic music... classical and tracks made for movies.
Nevertheless... I love the bongo bongo trash, because it brings all the memories back... from my trips to LOS and from the times I stayed at AJīs and other places in Pattaya.
To ease my pain, caused by my home sickness for LOS, I have collected hundreds of bongo bongo tunes here on my PC, which I can connect with my HiFi set to play it as loud as possible whenever I feel in the mood for it.
I think that the musical backgrounds for the AJ galleries are great !
On 30th December I celebrated my 40th birthday and invited a few friends, who all have a Thai related background in their lifes.
One is married with a woman from Roi Et... another one had been in Pattaya several years ago... some others were just interested.
So, I switched on my PC, transferred the picture to the bigger screen of an external monitor on the table in my living room and clicked on AJīs gallery section.
The music came from the 4 huge loudspeakers of my HiFi set and created an atmosphere in the room that gave us a feeling like being in the bar.
My friends agreed with me, that AJīs website and especially the gallery section are not only a great promotion for the bar, but also very entertaining for everybody who is interested in Pattaya and who still hasnīt forgotten the meaning of the word "fun" !
So, all I can say is:
Keep up the good work, Pete !

I said "letīs say 8:00pm !" just for fun and to express my anticipation of coming back to Pattaya soon.
In fact, nobody can say how things will go till 09th March... But I can say for sure that I will pop up at AJīs on my first night out and as usual I will not go anywhere else in my first night after arrival.
If everything works fine with the flight schedule, Iīll arrive at Suvarnabhumi at 6:20 in the morning and will be in Pattaya two or three hours later.
After an relaxed afternoon at the pool of my hotel, Iīll meet up with another German ( SamSongTom ) and after dinner Iīll come to AJīs.
Donīt know at what time in the evening... probably between 8:00 and 9:00pm.
