troglodyte?I know beauty is in the eye of the holder, or 6 bottles of Chang, but be honest here. Do all the women get barfined in a week, there are 1 or 2 i would say are MONsterous. I know its taste and they have to do a job but I just want to know if Chang wins everytime.

Never for a bet, but I have took some girls who let’s just say were not the beauties I thought they were in the harsh light of morning.
As they say never been to bed with an ugly woman but woke up with a few.

They all get barfined - by somebody!Certainly not every week, but yes, they do all get barfined.
I know it's cruel, but sometimes I cringe when I see someone go off with one or two of the girls.
Sometimes I'll even intervene if a totally innappropriate girl is hitting on a reasonable guy - I know he will leave very quickly if she doesn't move on - so I tell her to!

I was at Anna Jets In October and one of your girls would`nt leave me alone ( she must have thought that I was desperate ) , this was more infuriating as all the rest of the girls kept her away from me . Anyway after buying a few drinks ( both of us ) I decided to move on as she had clearly thought that she had found her benefactor for the evening . Why do these girls never watch your body language .... even the girls sitting outside the massage shop across from Anna jet realised that I was not interested .
On A seperate matter Peter , all bars have a turnover of staff ( for various reasons ) which of your girls has been with you the longest ?? .

I'm afraid you were much to nice - in that situation, don't buy her a drink. I know it sounds cruel - but if they were bright they wouldn't be bar girls - frankly I would suggest that you ask her to bring over " the girl in the white shirt" (or whoever) - once she has done this then buy them both a drink - but turn all your attention on the new one.
I'll pick up your second question on a second thread if I may.

Mama Oy was Bar-tendee in our first bar (in Soi 2) when we bought it in 2002. 
Porn (bar-tendee) 
and Lat joined when we opened Anna 1 in Soi 1 (2002). 
Jong (cashier) came along next, in October 2003, she is Anna's cousin and when I first met her up in the village I said she was too young to work - she was actually 22! 
But the longest serving "Lady" (I hate that term) is Mel/Meaw, I have to say I don't take, or keep, many pictures of her (!) - but the earliest I have is August 2004  . She has a heart of gold, not the brightest, youngest or most attractive - but she takes care of the Temples, cleaning, feeding, changing flowers and often cooks for the girls - so she plays an important part in our community.And yes, she gets bar fined!

Firstly thanks for the advice ( noted !!! ) and the extra info on the staff . I guess when I came to your bar in Pattaya in mid October you were actually in Hospital ( according to what I have read on your other forum Bravenet ) , which was a shame . I am coming again to pattaya on the 22nd of May for 17 days and I am also booked up for mid November so hopefully I will get a chance to finally meet you and the rest of your staff .
I must confess that I have bedded a monster but I was really plastered at the time , she worked as an hostess in Baccarra ( soi cowboy Bangkok ) and in my drunken state she looked like j lopez . All I am going to say on this is that in the cold light of day she looked nothing like j lo .
I did however make a wise discovery ........ bar fine whilst you are sober or bed a troglodyte !!!!!!!!! .

Peter I would have guessed mamma Oy or Meaw both great ladies and part of the AJ experience. Both know how to make a trip to the bar pleasant and will go out of there way to help you out. Always manage to buy them a couple of drinks each trip and they stop the rest of the girls from fighting over me.
Also if you time an afternoon visit just right meaw may have just cooked up some food for the girls and you will be treated to some very good “free” lunch.
