Hi all ,
I will be in town again on November 16 th for some good clean ( dirty ) fun .............. if you are in Pattaya at the same time drop me a line .
I heard from Monty and Fussy that Gulf Air are doing the deals at the moment , trying to gain market share , so I looked at possible flights in April 09 . From what I could tell flights to bkk from Lhr and Man are up 20 - 25 % on this year , the biggest reason being the cost of aviation fuel . The days of reasonable flight prices are done ......................... I just hope you guys can prove me wrong on this ....... I am not optimistic .
regards Yogi

Hi Jimmy,
Well thats a shame about you going in October , but it will still be a laugh either way I am sure . I booked up in January for November and I realised then that airline ticket prices were marching North and now that I am home again I have been looking at the prices for April / May time ......... now the prices are going up " faster than a ferret up a drain pipe " ......... its a joke !!!!!!!! . I suspect that the order of the day will be £ 600 + tickets from the U.K TO TO bkk ......I don`t think you will see prices coming down for a long time ( if at all ) . The only thing I can say to you is this .............. economise , this may even lead to guys sticking with the same gal night after night ( Hhhmmmm !!!! ....thats definitely not for me !! ) just so they can get a cheaper long term deal . Potentially foreigners will also seek out cheaper accomodation to offset the high ticket prices and hotels with joiners fees will be off limits to foreigners ( except those awash with greenbacks ) . On the plus side Jimmy you can still have it all ................just work 24/7 for Kelloggs !!!!???? ( am I right in assuming thats not an option ??).

Sure Oil and Taxes are pushing flight prices up - but at least the value of the Baht is dropping.
Sterling and the Euro are back to typical levels - and there is lots of talk about protecting the dollar.
So spend more to get here, but have more baht to spend when you do. _________________ www.annajet.co.uk |

im sure it wont be a problem for myself because im going on shifts over the summer which means more money in the bank to spend on the ladies and my ticket of course. I will find a way to get there and have a good time like i always do. Lets just hope the trusty 1000 baht LT prices dosent increase also lol
